You receive an invoice at the beginning of each month, summarising your charging sessions from the previous month carried out with your electric charging card. If your total reaches €150 before the end of the current period, an interim invoice will be sent to you.

What is the delivery time for my Chargemap Pass?
Your Chargemap Pass charging card will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after your order. Once with the postal service, please allow an average of 4 to 10 working days for delivery.
Can I order several Chargemap charging cards for the same account?
For the time being, a single Chargemap charging card is linked to a single account. If a member of your household also needs to charge an electric vehicle, we recommend having one Chargemap account and one Chargemap Pass per person.
Which subscription should you choose for charging your electric vehicle?
Chargemap also provides the Chargemap Boost subscription to charge without service fees and unlock exclusive features to simplify your journeys.
How much does the charging card cost?
There is no commitment and no subscription; you only pay for the initial purchase of the card at €14.90, then just for your usage, and nothing more!
How to activate a charging card?

- Tap your card on the charging point’s reader to start the charging process and follow the instructions given.
- Detach the cable and connect it to your car. Check for an indicator light, a sign of successful charging initiation.
- Stop charging by tapping your Chargemap Pass on the reader again.
- Return the cable to its original position.
How to charge your electric car without a card?
You can start a charging session without a card from the Chargemap mobile app on a selection of networks. This feature is designed to provide you with a simplified, flexible, and digital charging experience. Please note that to use this feature, you need to have an activated physical Chargemap Pass.

Start by using the 'Free Stations' filter to display only the stations that offer this type of pricing.
