How to take out the subscription?
Nothing could be simpler than charging at a preferential rate at IONITY high-power charging stations with your Chargemap Pass via the subscription.
1. Connect up to your account in the Chargemap mobile app.
2. If you already have an active Chargemap Pass, click on “Subscribe now” on the subscription for the IONITY network detail screen in the “Account” tab. If you don’t have a Chargemap Pass, you must first order one and activate it to benefit from this service.
3. Validate the operation to pay for the first month of your subscription for the IONITY network.
4. Ta-da! You can now enjoy preferential rates at IONITY high-power charging stations with your Chargemap Pass.

How can I take out the subscription for the IONITY network in Chargemap?
To take out the subscription, you must first of all connect up to the Chargemap mobile app. If you already have an active Chargemap Pass, you can take out the subscription by clicking on “Subscribe now” on the IONITY subscription detail screen in the “Account” tab. If you don’t have a Chargemap Pass, you must first of all order one and activate it before being able to take out the subscription. Once you have clicked on “Subscribe now”, you must confirm the transaction and pay for the first month of your subscription.
How much does it cost to charge on the IONITY network with my subscription?
The IONITY subscription with Chargemap is offered at a rate of €7.90/month, no strings attached. When you take out this subscription, you benefit from a preferential rate per energy consumed and per minute at all of IONITY’s high-power charging stations according to the rates applied in each country. To consult subscriber rates, check the rates for each charging station via the Chargemap app or go to the next page. Don’t forget that prices can fluctuate, so you should always consult the current rates posted on the detail screen for each charging station.
How can I locate IONITY charging stations that are compatible with the Chargemap Pass in the Chargemap app?
Go to the filter and activate “Chargemap Pass compatible” plus the filter “Selected networks only” adding the “IONITY” network.
How can I renew my subscription for the IONITY network in Chargemap?
If you have just subscribed, your next direct debit payment will take place 1 month after the date on which you validated the payment that activated your subscription. Your bank account will be automatically debited each month.
How can I cancel my subscription for the IONITY network in Chargemap?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Chargemap mobile app. Go to the “Account” tab and select the IONITY subscription detail screen. At the bottom of the page, you will find the “Cancel” button. Once you have confirmed that you want to cancel, your status switches to “Expires soon”. You will see the date up to which your subscription remains valid. Please note that if you cancel your subscription, your decision cannot be reversed or rescinded. If you would like to benefit from the subscription once more, you will have to re-subscribe when your current subscription has expired.
