TSC LABA d.o.o. owns the charger and maintains it (also defines prices), backend (activations, authorizations, invoicing) is operated by MegaTel (company Mega M d.o.o., Slovenia). Their app is "Mega Mobility", however, since they have roaming contracts with main systems in Slovenia and EU, majority of rfid and apps can be used to activate the charging.
