Scherm inderdaad al maanden defect....
Al dikwijls gebeld. Niemand doet iets.
NMBS is niet verantwoordelijk. Zij zeggen dat B-parking verantwoordelijk is.
B-parking zegt dat laadpalen wel bij hun staan maar dat zij daar niet verantwoordelijk voor zijn.....
Becharged is verantwoordelijk volgens hun.
Die zijn het nog allemaal aan het bestuderen.

Impossible d effectuer une recharge. L écran de la borne de contrôle est éteint, aucune action possible pour démarrer une charge.... Personne ne répond quand on appelle le Helpdesk.....

NMBS wijst naar Becharged. Deze laatste doen niets.
Problemen reeds 2 jaar aan de gang.

Display laadpalen defect, niet mogelijk om kaarrten te scannen en dus onmogelijk om te laden zonder de specifieke app. Geen contatpersonen bereikbaar. Zeer slechte service van NMBS.
