Free parking according to the map, there is another one close by but it seems you have to pay for parking there.
A lot of chargers here have the system where you need to prepay using a webadress paying with credit card (you can scan) and pay minimum 50 Kuna (around 6,5 euro) price per kW is 2.50 kuna so you need to charge minimum of 20.

I assume you also have to pay for parking, however 50 meters further you do not have to pay for parking. Will update information when confirmed. You need to prepay for charging using a webadres switch you can scan and pay with creditcard. Minimum is 50 kuna which is apr. €6.50. Charging costs 2.5 kuna per kW so you need to charge 20 to get full advantage.

As of June 2023 there is a paper sign on it, that says it is free of charge, just plug and charge.

Update 08/2023:
Réseau Absolute (Pondi.EV), 0,35€/kWh, charge maximum 60kWh = 21€. Pas de prépaiement, seulement montant réservé sur carte de crédit, solde libéré dès la fin de la recharge.
