There are two ‘public’ stations in the Tiefgarage. The garage is only for customers, however.

The left station doesn’t have a cable attached, the right station does, but also has a female socket if you'd rather use your own.

Typically hotels will offer complimentary charging. Not here. Rates are the same or more as all around the city. See photos.
