CCS is certainly not free. For my charging on 25 March I was billed €0.31/kWh +tax.
I have updated the info for the CCS charger and this will be active after approval of moderator. I have not used the AC outlet, so no idea if that is free.

I have charged here successfully with CCS. Charger is slow with only 20kW and card was needed to start the charging. Maybe info about free charging is not correct.
