Two parking places in Byzantium garage, but not exclusive for electric vehicles.
Hold card for QPARK logo. There is no green light indicating it is ready. There is a blue light when charging.

Yes, there seems to be small print instructions on the side of the charging station, but the text is too difficult to read, and it is too dark to read anything anyway. (if you can get your head close enough). So, indeed it is the worst design ever.

Hold card for QPARK logo to start charging. There is no (green) led light indicating that it is alive, but it will work nonetheless (blue light). There is no indication were to hold the card. This is a very user unfriendly interface. The worst design of a charging station in the whole world.

Q-Park does nothing to keep non-electric fossil-fuel cars from parking on electric charging places. There are no signs with 'Only for electric vehicles'. There is nothing about parking of non-electric cars on charging spots in the official conditions and rules of Q-Park. I send an email with this complaint and suggestions for improvement to Q-Park, but Q-Park chooses to ignore this complaint. Furthermore, they said there wil be no new charging places in the future in the Byzantium garage.
