La recharge domestique ne fonctionne pas

La prise de rechange domestique fonctionne mais pas la charge rapide après plusieurs essais cela serait bien d'avoir le choix. Comment faire alors ? Quelqu'un a une solution !!.

Could not activate charge
Voyant rouge dés que je me connecte sur une des 6 bornes métropole.
Mais ça fonctionne sue les 2 bornes grises dont une réservée aux véhicules pour handicapés.
Borne grise Ă seulement 18kw!!! mieux que rien
