When a terminal is temporarily offline GSM network, badges cannot start a charge..
However, if the terminal is equipped with a CB terminal, recharging can be done with a CB, since there is no prior authorization request. Likewise with either the terminal operator's badge or their mobile application, since the communication method is different. Finally, the operator's assistance can, in certain cases, trigger the charge remotely.

fonctionner j'ai dû envoyer un SMS pour activer la borne et à ma belle découverte elle charge à 15 kilomètres par heure vraiment pas du bon matériel je déconseille
