Hello,
The charging must have been limited by the AC charger in your car.
Most of the cars sold today, other than the Renault, have internal chargers limited to 7.4 or 11kW maximum.

Check-In worked right on the first attempt (that is not a given). Can do 22 kW (32A @ 3 phases), but my Model 3 can do only 11 (by design).
