Hello Gilles, we just received the feedback that this charger is working fine. In case that you have to experience something like this in the future, we would recommend you to try the following steps first: 1. Lock and unlock car / 2. End charging session at the carside / 3. Put the car in driving mode and back in parking mode. We hope that this will help, ^LH
